Winter Cocktails

Feliz Navidad
Sparkle & Pop
  • 1 1/2 oz Azzurre Vodka or Gin

  • 1/2 oz Lime juice

  • Soda water

  • Splash of scotch liqueur

  • Lime peel garnish

 

Directions:

Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Add Azzurre Vodka, lime juice, scotch liqueur, and stir. Top with soda water. Stir. Garnish with lime. 

(Twist on Mint Julep)

  • 1 ½ oz Azzurre Spirits Vodka

  • ¼ cup fresh blackberries

  • 4-6 fresh mint leaves

  • 1 tsp. sugar

  • ½ oz lime juice

Directions:

Put the berries, mint, sugar, and half of the Azzurre Spirits Vodka into a shaker. Gently muddle, then let stand for a bit to allow the muddled leaves and berries to steep. Pour in the rest of the vodka and the lime juice. Strain, and pour into a julep cup filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve.

Brown Plaid Rickey
  • 1 oz Azzurre Gin

  • 1/2 oz Rumple Minze Peppermint 100

  • 4-5 oz Eggnog

 

Directions:

Build all ingredients in a mixing glass/tin and lightly stir to incorporate, strain into dbl. Old Fashioned.

  • 1 1/2 oz Azzurre Vodka

  • 1 1/2 oz Wilks & Wilson Raspberry Gomme

  • 3-4 oz Champagne

 

Directions:

Build all ingredients except Champagne in mixing glass/tin and stir until well chilled, add Champagne and strain into Flute.

Elsa's Frozen Hot Chocolate
  • 1 1/2 oz. Azzurre Vodka 

  • 1/4 oz. Irish Cream 

  • 1/2 oz. White Chocolate Liquor 

  • 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier 

  •  9 oz. Hot Chocolate 

  •  8 Ice Cubes 

  •  Cinnamon (for garnish) 

  •  Whipped Cream (for garnish) 

  •  Chocolate Shavings (for garnish) 

  •  Candied Orange Peel (for garnish) 


​​Directions: 

Chill hot chocolate for at least two hours. Put all ingredients into a blender, blend with ice, top with one or all of the garnishes. Enjoy. 

Happy Juni-pear Year!

  • 2 oz. Azzurre Gin

  • 2 oz. Organic pear juice

  • 1 1/2 oz. Riesling wine

  • 1/2 oz. St. Germain elderflower liqueur 

 

Directions:

Shake with ice, serve on the rocks.

Canadian Tuxedo

  • 1 ½ oz. Azzurre Gin

  • ½ oz. Sortilège Maple Whiskey Liqueur

  • ½ oz. Cinzano 1757 Sweet Vermouth

  • Topped with 1 oz. Prosecco

  • Garnish with Orange twist

Directions:

Stir all ingredients, strain into rocks glass with large ice cube/sphere. 

Orange Mocha Eggnog
  • ​1 1/2 oz. Azzurre Vodka 

  • 2 oz. Coconut Milk Eggnog 

  • 1/2 oz. Orange Liqueur 

  • 1 oz. Coffee Liqueur 


Directions: 

Shake all ingredients with ice, serve on the rocks, and garnish with nutmeg. 

Pomegranate Seabreeze Martini

  • 2 oz. Azzurre Vodka

  • 1 oz. Grand Marnier

  • 3 oz. POM Pomegrante juice

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, pour into chilled martini glass. Garnish with orange slice.

Pump-kick Mule

  • 1 ½ oz. Azzurre Vodka

  • ½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice

  • ½ oz. Pumpkin Spice Syrup (Torani Brand) 

  • 3 oz. Ginger Beer (Fever Tree Brand)

  • Garnish: Lime Wheel & Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

 

Directions:

Build all ingredients over crushed ice in a Copper Mug and lightly stir to incorporate.
