Fall Cocktails

Cardamom Moscow Mule

To make cardamom ginger ale: finely grate 2 tsp of ginger, grind 5 cardamom seeds.

Add 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. water to a small saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Add ginger and ground cardamom, simmer for 10 minutes. Remove, let cool, and strain out ginger and seeds.

Transfer to a large jar and add 1 c. sparkling water.

 

To make the cocktail: fill cup with crushed ice, add 2 oz. Azzurre Vodka, 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice and 3 oz. cardamom ginger ale.

 

Garnish with sliced lime wheel.

Concord Crush

To make grape purée: blend 10 concord grapes until smooth.

 

To make cocktail: combine 2 oz. Azzurre Vodka, 1 1/2 oz. grape purée, 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice and 1/2 oz. simple syrup in shaker with ice.

 

Pour over ice into cocktail glass and garnish with 2-3 concord grapes.

Pumpkin Float

Pumpkin Pie Martini

Pour 2 oz. Azzurre Vodka and 4 oz. Pumpkin Pie Liquor (we recommend Fulton's Harvest) into shaker.

Shake + strain into martini glass.

Top with dollop of whipped cream, drizzle with caramel syrup and garnish with pumpkin pie spice and a cinnamon stick

 

Scoop vanilla ice cream into chilled glass, add 1 1/2 oz. Azzurre Vodka and 1 1/1 oz. Pumpkin Pie Liquor

Top with 1/2 of 12 oz. bottle of Magic Hat Pumpkin Ale

Add straw and enjoy!

Tip: keep adding ale to float to make your float last longer.

Scoop vanilla ice cream into chilled mason jar, add 2 oz. Azzurre Vodka

Top with 1/2 of 12 oz. hard apple cider (we recommend Crispin)

Add straw and enjoy!

Muddle 3 slices of crisp red apples in shaker

Add 2 oz. Azzurre Vodka, 1 1/2 oz. apple cider, 1/2 oz. honey, 1/2 oz. vanilla simple syrup,1/2 oz. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and ice

Shake well + strain into chilled martini glass

Garnish with apple slice.

Tiramisu Martini

Tiramisu Martini

Take 2 tbsp icing sugar, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp instant coffee and crushed ice and mix them up thoroughly in your mixing bowl.

*Tip: The icing sugar may contain lumps so to make things easier, you can grab a sift to pour the icing sugar through so that it catches all the lumps.

Pour the powder out onto the flat plate and even it out.

Next, dip your martini glass’ rim into the bowl of water. Make sure the rim is evenly coated in water. When you’re done, immediately dip the wet rim into mixing bowl contents and coat generously. Carefully turn the glass right-side up again and keep it aside.

The rim hardens as the water seeps into it. Adds a very nice touch without being too messy.

*Tip: For a litle extra zing, you can drizzle some chocolate syrup in the bottom of the glass for decoration like we did, seen in our recipe picture.

Alright then, now let’s shake us up some martinis!

Grab your cocktail shaker and fill till full with ice. Pour in 1 shot of Azzurre Vodka, 1 shot creme de cacao, 1 shot coffee liqueur, ½ shot Irish Cream. Now, add just 2 or 3 drops of vanilla essence into the shaker.

Shake until everything is well blended together and then strain into your beautifully rimmed martini glasses.

Cranberry Apple Pie

Serves 4

​Muddle 8 slices of Granny Smith apple and 3 quarter sized slice of ginger in a shaker, add 4 oz. Azzurre Vodka and 1 ½ oz. Mathilde Poire liquer and shake. Add 2 oz. fresh lime juice, 2 oz. cranberry juice, 2 oz real grenadine syrup, 1 stick of cinnamon and stir. Strain and pour into 4 high ball glasses filled with ice. Top with club soda, stir.

Caffe Azzurre

Serves 4-6

 

Combine 1/4 cup instant espresso and 1/4 cup cocoa. Add 2 cups boiling water and stir to dissolve. Add in 2 oz Azzurre Vodka, 2 oz Molinari Caffè, and sambuca, stir again.

Pour into mugs or espresso cups. Top each serving with chocolate shavings, whipped cream (optional) and orange peel for garnish.

Serves 40

 

2 bottles Azzurre Vodka

6-7 cups pear juice

3-4 cups ginger syrup (start with 3 and add until desired taste)

Top with ice

1 ½ oz Azzurre Vodka

½ oz Marie Brizard Poire William

¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

¾ oz Simple Syrup (1:1)

4 dashes Gaz Regan Orange Bitters

 

Shake all ingredients. Strain over rocks glass with fresh ice.  Garnish with pear slice and grated cinnamon.

Autumn Magic

¾ oz Azzurre Gin

¾ oz St. Germaine

 Â¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

¾ oz Cointreau

Spritz of Bitter Truth Grapefruit Bitters

 

Shake all ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.  Garnish with grapefruit twist.

1 ½ oz Azzurre Vodka

½ oz Fresh Tangerine Juice

½ Pama Pomegranate Liqueur

¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice

¾ oz Simple Syrup (1:1)

1 oz of Pellegrino Blood Orange Soda

 

Shake all ingredients and strain into a Collins glass. Garnish with a pomegranate seed-covered lime wheel.

Maple Leaves

1 ½ oz Azzurre Gin

¾ oz Luxardo Aperitivo

¾ oz Cinzano 1757 Sweet Vermouth

Topped with 1 oz Prosecco

 

Stir all ingredients and strain into a rocks glass with large ice cube/sphere. Garnish with an orange twist.
