2 oz. Azzurre Gin

1/2 oz. Maraschino liqueur

1/2 oz. créme de violette liqueur

3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake, strain into a chilled martini glass.

1/4 oz. fresh lime juice

1/4 oz. cranberry juice

Tonic water
Directions: pour gin over ice, top with tonic and garnish with lime wedge
Martini

3 oz. Azzurre Gin or Vodka

Vermouth
Directions: rinse martini glass with vermouth, pour out, then add vodka or gin. Garnish with green olives.
Vodka Soda

2 oz. Azzurre Vodka

Club soda
Directions: pour vodka over ice, top with soda water, garnish with lemon wedge

1/2 oz. simple syrup

1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Pour gin, simple syrump and lemon juice into shaker with ice. Shake and pour into champagne glass. Top with champagne.
