Spring Cocktails

Oscars Cocktails

1 oz Azzurre Gin

.5 oz dry orange liqueur

3 oz pomegranate liqueur

1 drop chocolate bitters

Garnish: cherries

Ice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker.  

Shake and strain into a martini glass.  Garnish with a cherry.

Cherry Moon

Chinese New Year

1 oz Azzurre Gin

.5 oz dry orange liqueur

3 ounces tart cherry juice

1 drop chocolate bitters

 

Garnish: cherries

Ice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker.  Shake and strain into a martini glass.  Garnish with a fresh stemmed cherry.

Lychee Flower

Chinese New Year

2 oz Azzurre Vodka

.75 oz dry orange liqueur

.5 cup canned lychees, drained with juice reserved

1 tbs lemon juice

2 tbs lychee juice

Ice

Purée lychee fruit and juice with lemon juice until smooth. Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the liquid into a bowl, pressing firmly on the solids. Discard solids.

 

Fill a shaker with ice cubes, add lychee juice, Azzurre vodka, and orange liqueur. Shake well, strain into chilled martini glasses.

Hopes & Dreams

Classic stirred vodka martini enhanced with Moscato grape & citrus

 

2 ½ oz. Azzurre Vodka

¼ oz. Pavan Liqueur

¼ oz. Vittone Bianco Vermouth

 

Glass: Cocktail

 

Method: combine all ingredients and stir with ice.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

 

Garnish: fresh orange and lemon (expressed &

discarded)

Ginger Lion

2 oz. Azzurre Vodka

½ oz. fresh lime juice

3 oz. ginger beer

 

Garnish: lime, mint and candied ginger

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice; garnish.

Jaded Lotus

Chinese New Year

1 1⁄2 oz Azzurre Vodka

1⁄2 oz melon liqueur

2 oz pineapple juice

1 oz fresh lime juice

1 oz fresh lemon juice

1 oz agave syrup

 

Garnish: lemon slice or maraschino cherry

Combine all ingredients in a shaker.  Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.  Garnish.

Apple of my Eye

A Refreshing summer twist featuring Azzurre Vodka, Fresh Lemonade, Ginger, apple and grape essence.

 

Served in a “Porthole”

 

4 oz. Azzurre Vodka

10 oz. Fresh Lemonade

2 fresh mint sprigs

8 grapes (split) Red & green

4 slices fresh ginger (peeled; dime size)

½ Gold Apple

 

Combine all ingredients and allow to infuse for 3-4 hours.  Serve in an espresso or tea cup.

Ringer

Classic Tom Collins, American Style

 

2 oz. Azzurre Gin

2 oz. Fresh Lemon Sour

1 oz. Club Soda (Fever Tree)

 

Glass: Collins

 

Method: combine all ingredients except soda and shake with ice. Add soda to mixture and strain over crushed ice in a Collins glass.

 

Garnish: Paper Straw, Lemon Wheel, Fresh Rosemary, Sugar Cane Stick

Mediterranean G&T

An homage to where it all began.  Azzurre Gin paired with flavors of cucumber, citrus & Juniper, pentacle spray

 

1 ½ oz. Azzurre Gin

2 oz. Mr. Q Cumber Soda

1 oz. Mediterranean Tonic (Fever Tree)

 

Glassware: Bordeaux or Similar

Method: build without ice in a Bordeaux glass or similar.  Add ice and stir.

 

Garnish: Fresh Mint, cucumber slices, Juniper berries, lime wheel, paper straw, aromatic “Pentacle” spray (Junior Merino)
